I have been actively developing this interactive ArchViz project, continuously creating new models and custom materials to enrich the environment and improve the overall visual quality.
This project is a combination of high-quality asset libraries and custom-created assets. Several props, furniture pieces, and environmental elements were modeled from scratch, while carefully selected library assets were integrated to enhance the scene efficiently. The primary materials were custom-made using Substance Designer and Substance Painter to ensure realism, consistency, and flexibility throughout the environment. The complete scene, including custom modeling, UV layout, asset integration, and final assembly, was created in Autodesk Maya.
The main focus of this project is interactivity. At the current stage, users can interact with elements such as doors and curtains. The final goal is to transform the experience into a fully interactive product gallery, where users will be able to customize the space by changing materials, finishes, furniture, and decorative objects in real time.
This project showcases my complete workflow, from 3D modeling, UVs, and procedural material creation to real-time implementation and interactive visualization in Unreal Engine.
